Questions about the app
Which devices is the app available for?
For iPhone and Android phones. For the office there is the web app, which runs in any current browser. We'll announce the supported system versions at the store launch.
When will the app be in the store?
Soon. The badges above show it: once there are real download links, they become clickable. If you're on the waitlist, you'll get the link by email first.
Does the app work without a network?
Yes, for the essentials on site: you can save appointments, job site documentation and quote drafts even in a dead zone. They are sent as soon as your phone has a network again.
Do I need the app, or is the web app enough?
Both work on the same state. In the office, the web app in your browser is enough. The app pays off when you want to talk, take photos and book appointments on site.
What about my data?
Your data is stored on servers in Germany and processed in line with GDPR. The app only uses camera and microphone for photos and voice, and you decide what it may do in your system settings.
